This new XT60-Plus connector is the further development of the popular XT60 and, the new design, ensures a secure connection with high current carrying capacity. This Plus version is 100% compatible with the older, well-known XT60 connectors. The gold-plated contacts inside guaranteed for the best electric contact in every situation. The plug connection is secured against twisting, so that reverse polarity between plus and minus is impossible. The XT60 housings have a non-slip surface. This allows the plugs to be connected to one another in a simple manner. The enclosed contact protection cap, of this new Plus version is also well protected against short circuits as the soldered contacts are covered and are no longer exposed. The contact diameter is designed for up to 8mm² cable cross-section. The soldering points of the contacts are designed as a half-shell.
