With the Black-Seal from Weicon, we would like to expand our range of optimal sealants for our engines. We have been using this high-performance sealant in our workshop for years with excellent results. Black-Seal is by far the most suitable paste-like sealant for sealing the transitions from the rubber sleeve tube holders and the sleeve tubes of the tappet drive on the Valach 4T engines. The use of the Desert Aircraft DA85/170 engines to support the tightness of the coated aluminum cylinder seals has proven extremely effective. WEICON Black-Seal is resistant to high temperatures (+280°C/+536°F), solvent-free, highly adhesive, pressure-resistant, non-aging and extremely elastic (elongation at break of >470%). It is suitable for bonding and sealing where particularly high oil and grease resistance is required. The product can also be used on gearbox, valve and housing covers, flanges, tanks and containers and in many other areas. You will love it!
